Here the contract is formed between you and Himalayan Stallion Upon completion of registration/payment procedure, it will be treated as confirmed that you have accepted terms and conditions and the contract is concluded between you and the Himalayan Stallion without any dispute. About Himalayan Stallion academy courses & Certification. Himalayan Stallion academy is duly registered with Govt of India. Himalayan Stallion Academy offers courses and certification courses. The video courses are based on gaining the knowledge and understanding from Mr. Jeet Selal. While the certification courses are beneficial for earning a certificate upon a successful completion of the certification program and passing an online exam. Minimum, 50% is the passing requirement of certification. Exams will be conducted without any cost for unsuccessful candidates in the upcoming batch given the certification program.

1. FEES AND PAYMENT

• Fees must be paid to Himalayan Stallion account through our official website in advance.

2. REFUND POLICY

• Once registered and enrolled for the online courses, No Refund will be processed if the student is unable to participate or attend the classes due to any circumstances within or out of one’s control. In such cases, the organisation has full rights to retain 100% of the Enrollment Fees and No Refund shall be applied.

3. Cancellations

• Fees once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances. However, a substitute delegate will be accepted Non-attendance at a course.

4. Cancellation of a course by Himalayan Stallion

• The Himalayan Stallion reserves the right to alter published course without prior notice and without liability. The Himalayan Stallion also reserves the right to cancel a course at any time without liability to delegates for expenses incurred. All of our training courses are extremely practical and hands-on. We base our courses on case studies.

5. Liability

• The Himalayan Stallion reserves the right to cancel, suspend or vary the operation of our obligations to you if events occur which are in the nature of force majeure including (but without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing) fire, flood, storms, plant breakdowns, strikes, lock outs, riot, hostilities, non-availability of any event outside of Himalayan Stallion’s control; and we shall not be held liable for any breach of contract or tort resulting from such an event.

6. Intellectual Property

Candidates are not authorised to copy, modify, reproduce, re-publish, sub-license, sell, upload, broadcast, post, transmit or distribute any of the Course Materials without prior written permission. Candidates are not authorised to Record on video or audio tape, relay by videophone or other means the Online Course or Taught Course given Candidates are not authorised to use the Course Materials in the provision of any other course or training whether given by us or any third party trainer; Candidates are not authorised to modify, adapt, merge, translate, disassemble, decompile, reverse engineer (save to the extent permitted by law) any software forming part of the Online Courses.
